We are pleased to introduce our ALTA Limited Coverage Junior Loan Policy. This Title Insurance product, increasingly popular among Second Mortgage Lenders, is now available in our condensed, easy to read format. The information, as shown in the enclosed sample, is presented in a succinct way that allows you to find the pertinent data without wading through pages of redundancy. This product is only available for loans securing 1-4 unit residential properties and condominium units.

LienSafe is more than just a title search. It is a process that provides several peeks at the condition of title as your loan is processed, closed, funded and recorded. LienSafe features a quick update of your title report before you fund your loan, thereby reducing your risk of being “gapped” by an intervening lien.
The process continues with OConnor Title’s swift document recording services. We will work with you to ensure that your mortgage documents are recorded as quickly as practical, further reducing your “gap” risk. Wherever possible, we will also notify you of the recording information within a day after recording. You will not have to wait for the original recording to arrive in the mail. The LienSafe process is completed with a final update covering the date of your recording.
For your convenience, OConnor Title can obtain your flood certifications for you, eliminating the need for you to key in the same information twice. If you are interested in this time-saving service, please contact us prior to placing your first order. We will need to need to submit your institution’s name, address and lender ID number so that your certifications will be compliant with FDIC regulations.
