We are seeking to add a Word Processor to our team. Great entry-level position for someone that wants to start a career in the Title Industry!
- Enter property records information using Microsoft Word and some customers' proprietary data-entry websites
- Scan completed files to our electronic filing system
- Review discrepancies in data received
- Advise supervisor of issues related to data
- May also help with typing Title Commitments for the Guaranty Department
- Previous experience in data entry or other related fields a plus
- Title Company or Property Records experience a plus
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Flexibility - may be needed to help in other departments
- Communication skills
- Willingness to work as a Team
