Word Processor

We are seeking to add a Word Processor to our team. Great entry-level position for someone that wants to start a career in the Title Industry!

Responsibilities:

  • Enter property records information using Microsoft Word and some customers' proprietary data-entry websites
  • Scan completed files to our electronic filing system
  • Review discrepancies in data received
  • Advise supervisor of issues related to data
  • May also help with typing Title Commitments for the Guaranty Department

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry or other related fields a plus
  • Title Company or Property Records experience a plus
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Flexibility - may be needed to help in other departments
  • Communication skills
  • Willingness to work as a Team
